Saturday and Sunday
On Saturday we adventured through the Kabala market once more, and purchased more fabric and fresh cucumbers. Fruits and Vegetables here are very good, but are only available during certain seasons. Luckily pineapples are in season now- and they are like candy!
On Sunday we attended the CRC Kabala Church and enjoyed worship and praise with them. They sing with such gusto! It is a pleasure to worship with them.

- In 2008, as part of a small group of DCHS teachers, parents, and students, Chelsea traveled to Sierra Leone to lay the ground work for a clean water source for the small, remote village of Foria. In February 2009, two men from Denver's 3rd CRC completed that water system and today, Foria has clean running water! Inspired by the people of Sierra Leone with the desire to use her developing medical knowledge and skills, Chelsea has a dream and a goal to create a lasting impact in Sierra Leone.
